For blank items, changes can be made within 24 hours. For custom logo orders, once the digital mockup is approved and production begins, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications.
Yes. While we are friendly to small orders, we offer tiered pricing. The larger your order quantity, the lower your per-unit cost will be.
Yes, we offer fully custom-printed paper boxes. The MOQ for custom boxes typically starts at 100–500 pieces, depending on the complexity of the design.
Customization & Branding
We primarily use Hot Stamping (Foil) and Pad Printing (Silk Screen). Hot stamping gives a premium metallic look (gold, silver, rose gold), while silk screen is excellent for solid, vibrant colors (black, white, etc.).
Logo placement depends on the product container (e.g., center of the tube, cap, or front of the palette). Our design team will send you a digital mockup showing the exact placement and size for your approval.
We do not offer full brand identity services, but we can help with basic text layouts, font selection, and positioning your brand name onto the products for free.
For low MOQs (50-100 pcs), you must choose from our existing stock packaging. If you want unique custom molding or custom container colors, depending on what you order.
Our small MOQ service applies to our pre-made, high-quality formulas. If you want full custom formulation (ODM), the MOQ is typically 1,000 to 3,000 pieces per product line.

Yes, our formulas are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and use ingredients approved for global markets, including the US (FDA) and European Union (EU) standards.

Highly recommended! We encourage you to buy samples first to test the quality, texture, and colors on your own skin before committing to a larger brand order.
Sample orders are sent as blank items (without a logo) so you can quickly evaluate the formula. Printing a logo requires machine setup, which is not cost-effective for 1-2 sample pieces.
Blank samples are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Depending on your country, delivery via express courier takes about 5-10 business days.
Shipping, Lead Time
For standard small MOQ orders (under 500 pcs), production and printing typically take 7 to 15 business days after you approve the digital mockup.
We partner with major express couriers like DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT for fast delivery. For larger, heavier bulk orders, we also offer air freight and sea freight options.
Express Shipping: 5–9 business days.
Standard/Air Freight: 10–15 business days.
Sea Freight: 30–45 business days (best for heavy bulk cargo).
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for handling customs clearance according to local regulations. (Note: We can assist with standard customs paperwork).
Because custom-branded products cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom logo orders unless there is a manufacturer defect or damage during transit.
Liquid or powder cosmetics can occasionally be damaged by rough transit. If this happens, please email us photos/videos of the damaged items and outer box within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the damaged pieces.
We focus primarily on wholesale private label (stocking your inventory). However, we can offer customized fulfillment solutions if you fulfill minimum stock commitments with us. Please contact our sales team to discuss.
